THE BEER
From the brewery: In ancient times, rituals and rites marked the passing of the seasons. At Fort George, we adhere to the ancient ways. We mark the beginning of summer each year with a 3-Way: our most popular, most loved summer seasonal.
Appearance: Delightfully hazy, bright white foam.
Aroma: Guava, berry, citrus zest, cotton candy.
Flavor: Mild sweetness, slightly bitter, fruity, tropical with a soft finishing spice.
Fort George Brewery
Since its inception, Astoria has been battered with a series of fires and industry collapses. In 2007 Fort George Brewery + Public house was established. Even though Sweet Virginia (our small batch brewery) was just a wee lady, she helped bring some of the thrum of hard work back to this pocket of the city.
